A classic Australian blend of Cabernet and Shiraz. Ripe cassis and mint from the Cabernet and blackberry/plum from the Shiraz fruit are evident in this wine with a hint of vanillin oak. A full bodied style with fine tannin and rich fruit weight.
The nose is immediately inviting, with vibrant aromas of ripe cassis and fresh mint leaf from the Cabernet, interwoven with the plush, dark fruit character of Shiraz—blackberry compote and juicy plum flesh. A subtle thread of vanillin oak adds warmth and complexity, hinting at gentle toasting and restrained maturation
