A delicate, salmon-coloured pink pet nat made from organic McLaren Vale Pinot Gris. Strawberry-fruited at it’s core but with 10 days of maceration on skins the wine has enough of a dry, savoury and structured edge to carry the fruit and deliver a satisfying balance on the palate.
The result is a beautifully balanced expression: playful yet poised, vibrant yet grounded. It finishes with a gentle fizz and a mineral snap, inviting another sip and perhaps a moment of reflection on how something so light can carry such quiet intensity.
