RED APPLE – ORANGE BLOSSOM – CHALKY
Golden-hued skin-contact white bursting with crisp red apple, lemon and peach, plus pineapple, lychee and bright florals. Dry and lightly textured, it finishes with chalky tannin and bright mineral acidity like a fruit-salad glow with a grown-up, savoury edge.
Tasting notes from the winery for Das Juice Maceration 2024
A skin contact blend of Muscat, Arneis, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay. Grapes were all hand picked fermented separately on skins for 2-3 weeks, then pressed where a long slow natural ferment took place in tank. Finished with a small sulphur addition prior to bottling.
Full of fruit with floral and lightly spiced notes. Crisp red apple, lemon, peach, pineapple, and a hint of lychee, with bright florals, orange blossom, and a touch of white pepper. Lightly textured on the palate, dry, with chalky tannin and a bright mineral acidity. Golden in colour and and taste, it's a fruit salad packed into a bottle.
