A bright, colourful chill me red blend (Tempranillo, Shiraz and Cabernet) made for easy drinking with friends. Think juicy red berries, gentle spice and a clean, slurpy finish serve lightly chilled for maximum fun.
Tasting Notes for Dormilona Aka 2024 from the Winery
Aka is a bright colourful chilled red blend. Made from blend of Tempranillo, Shiraz & Cabernet. Design to drink with chilled with mates, perfect summer red.
Harvested from our Yungarra vineyard, then destemed into open fermenters. Cold maceration for 3 – 5 days then pressed off to tank for chill ferment & natural malo. Simply racked to blend themn bottle.
-An abundance of red fruits, cherries, red currant, red apple, red plum with some herbaceous notes. Enjoy cold or room temperature, this is a very gluggable wine.
