Mt Bera Vineyards is a certified organic, family-owned winery nestled in the cool-climate region of the Adelaide Hills, South Australia, near the town of Gumeracha., they prioritize top-quality grapes through organic, biodynamic, and biological practices that enhance soil health and vine vitality.
The diverse range of wines reflects the unique mesoclimates of the varied topography, influencing the complexity and flavor.
The Mt Bera standard range is generally using wine yeast used for the fermentation. The Wild & Free range are natural (wild) ferments using the naturally occurring yeast on the grape skins. We at Organic Wine have been loving these wines and have recently started to stock some of their red and white varietials beginning with their Dreamcatcher Pinot Gris as well as some of the red varietails from Mt Bera's Wild & Free range, with more to come!
