Twisted Sticks is an A.O.C Certified Organic Winemaker and Bottler. This ensures the quality control process and organic status of the fruit and wine is maintained from the vineyard to the bottle. The wine shows an abundance of generous fruit characters and has soft, yet full-bodied flavours that linger. Oak maturation has further complexed the wine, adding a supporting rather than a dominating role.

Shiraz

This is a full structured, well rounded red wine of immense quality. The flavours of blueberries and mulberries are intense and are complemented with soft vanillin characters.

Merlot

This wine has intense aromas of blueberries and hibiscus greet you followed by a subtle cedary oak earthiness. Flavours from the nose follow you through to the palate finishing in soft, smooth tannins.

Cabernet Sauvignon

This wine has deep ruby colour the notes of blackberries and cassis on the nose. It is rich and mouth-filling on the palate with black and purple fruit.
