Classic riverland shiraz aromas here of black fruit and plum. The medium bodied palate delivers red berries and some spice and herbal notes, with soft approachable tannins and a decent finish.
A good option for the weekend BBQ with kangaroo sausages or beef fillet.
Handled with the greatest of care and least amount of stress our Bonic’s Shiraz is fermented with a combination of Oaks. A portion is fermented with French Troncais and Allier oaks, with a small component undergoing wild fermentation, which adds to the wines complex personality.
It is also a perfect accompaniment to red meats, pasta, cheese and of course barbecued food.
Organic One Shiraz will keep well in a cellar for up to 10 years.
