Winery/Brand: ARIEL Dealcoholised Wine

Brut Cuvée is composed of Chardonnay wine from various recent vintages, and is crafted with the goal of maintaining a consistent quality of delicate floral and fruit aromas balanced with a subtle oak bouquet. This wine has lilac and lavender aromas, coupled with subtle toasty oak. This non-alcoholic sparkling wine is well-suited for a Sunday brunch, evening dinner party or any festive celebration. The bright, clear finish makes it perfect before meals or after dinner with dessert.

“Ariel Rouge, the biggest-bodied of ARIEL Vineyards’ three dealcoholized reds, has solid tannins and cherry notes, perfect with grilled meat or lasagna… (ARIEL) produce de-alcoholized sparklers worthy of your best flutes. ARIEL Brut Cuvée is excitingly austere at first sip, turning apple-y but keeping an edge.” Nancy Weber » NYCitywoman
