NGARTO is a collaboration wine between Ngeringa winemaker Erinn Klein and Sydney based chef Brendan Cato. They met at a Natural wine event several years ago and they quickly became mates. The fruit for these wines is sourced from the Ngeringa vineyards, located in the Adelaide Hills of South Australia. Brendan travels to Ngeringa each year to catchup, help with vintage and collaborate on the Ngarto wines.
The Ngarto wines are delicious and fun, natural biodynamic wines. Very little sulphur dioxide is added, with all wines under 10ppm of Sulphur Dioxide.
