Rob and Pauline Bryans' farm is located half way between Bendigo & Echuca and is certified biodynamic by Demeter. As well as 9 hectares of viognier, sangiovese, cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc and shiraz they produce & sell beef, lamb and cereals. The vineyard & winemaking process is totally free of synthetic pesticides fungicides, weedicides, fertilisers and additives. The biodynamic process activates & nurtures both the soil and the vine, resulting in a strong healthy vine that produces fruit with outstanding flavours.
