This crisp, refreshing blend of Verdelho and Chardonnay is made without the use of preservatives. Made from Verdelho from our Rylstone vineyard and Chardonnay from Tinja (in Mudgee), we have set out to maintain freshness, and with early cold bottling to trap the wines youth. Some musk aromas and a lightness from early harvesting makes this a terrific wine for any time of day. A pioneering wine for everyday. It is light in alcohol and shows the crisp fruit flavours of the region. Served chilled.
