What an appealing looking drop! This wine is young and clear with hints of lime green, the fresh look just inviting you to taste. It’s not as sweet as many Rieslings, and would appeal to those who like a fresh wine to accompany a light dinner, perhaps of seafood, flavoursome salads or spicy nibbles.

On the nose there is a delicious minerally, citrus quality - think tangerine and mandarin. Over time the aromas open up and a herbaceous spearmint comes to the fore. To taste, there are flavours of sweet limes and stone fruit, this sweetness is not overpowering due to the mouth-watering acid, and a good clean citrus finish. Winner.
