Lovely coral pink colour with interesting aromas of red berries, rhubarb, canteloupe & earthy undertones. The palate is dry with a soft slightly viscose texture. It is not shy on alcohol and there is a slight amount of bitterness on the finish. I'm thinking stir-fried five spice pork belly as a food match.
