The nose shows wild brambly berry fruit with a little sweet spice. The palate is smooth with fine tannis.
The Story
Made from estate grown fruit. The vines are un-irrigated, grown without chemicals and are nurtured with organic compost and biodynamic preparations. The wine is not filtered and contains no fining agents.
