Pale yellow in colour the nose has hints of citrus and some stonefruit. The palate is long with a nutty complexity.
The Story
The fruit is from low yielding biodynamically grown vines. The wine was fermented partially in old French oak barrels with its indigenous yeasts. Both contribute to the complexity and ageability of the wine
