Tasting Notes	This is a deep dark and brooding wine from a warm vintage. Considerable intensity and richness shows in this full bodied expression of the terroir. Overlying the gravelly, earthy structure is a panoply of floral, fruity and leafy notes which combined with almost perfect balance auger well for its future development. The high quality cork is already contributing to the evolution of a more complex bouquet and mellowing palate. There is an indefinable something about this wine that is deeply satisfying.

Winemaking Notes	The wines are made on site using small open ferementers, wild yeast and no preservative. They are basket pressed and matured in small oak casks for at least 30 months - fining or filtration is not necessary. The wine is bottle aged in their cellar prior to release when it is ready for consumption.
